In order to differentiate ourselves in a saturated market, the Endgame UX team has been embarking on a research effort to understand the cybersecurity space. A full mental model has been created along with a competitive UX analysis to ensure we not only provide the best user experience possible, but also one that stands out in a field of 49 direct competitors.
SE: Student Research
Following the success of the advisor product, EAB decided to branch into a new area for the company – a consumer product that was targeted to students. The project began with the same dedication to research that the advisor product employed, only this time, the research “hunt” was based on understanding how students think and a desire to step into a brand-new space for the company.
SSC: Advisor Research
The first application created by the Education Advisory Board required extensive user research in order to understand the unique needs of the users, in this case, professional academic advisors. What follows is a very small sampling of the research documents I created for the project.
